Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. Please review the return policies below and contact us with any questions.
All new books can be returned up to 15 days from their purchase date.
If an item is listed as final sale we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
Used books are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Puzzles, games, toys that have been opened may not be returned or exchanged.
If a non book item is still in its original packaging it may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from its purchase date.
All journals or activity books may be returned if in their original state up to 30 days from their purchase date.
All returns require a proof of purchase and refunds will be given in the same form as payment.
